Bees and Autumn Blooms

Cold autumn mornings leave insects moving pretty slowly or not at all.
The other morning, a couple bees fit into the later category.
They were excellent models, sitting still for over an hour!

I guess there are some perks to cold weather after all :)

Happy creating to you.

  1. Those slow-moving bees were perfect subjects for your camera, Anna! In the second shot I can see the bee's marvellous fur collar and the single petal of the aster flower reaching out towards your camera in a haze of soft colour is lovely! Noticing the perks of the colder weather too!

    1. Thanks for your comment, Sandra! This was such a nice morning to be outside - beautiful light, great subjects, and not too cold. Wish this weather would last for months!
