Gerbera Daisy 2

The Gerbera Daisy again,
but these images were taken on a different day with different light,
 and my 100 mm lens....

creating a different look.

Currently, I'm having fun editing some street photography from my recent trip.
Talk about a difference in subject matter!

Hoping life is offering you some interesting variety.
Take care and happy creating.

Through the Lensbaby Blog Circle: March

I enjoy working within the format of personal projects.
I have a number of ongoing personal photography projects in the works.
I find that they keep me inspired and moving towards a goal.

One of the personal projects that I'm currently working on is a rainbow
color spectrum of macro floral images.

Newton's seven step spectrum is a commonly cited sequence
which I'm using as a guide but plan to add many more transitional
color steps in between the core seven.

I've read that the human eye can distinguish
about 100 colors within this spectrum.

In these photos, I've used my Lensbaby to capture
the beauty and color of a Gerbera Daisy.

Next, please follow the link to a winter wonderland and the inspiring work of  Nina,
in our Lensbaby Love Blog Circle.
Enjoy!

New Look!

For some time I've been looking for the perfect clean, minimalist blog template.
I finally found what I wanted at Sky and Stars Design Studio.
Angelina also made some custom changes for me.  She was a delight
to work with and I highly recommend her business!

You'll now find that the two follow options are RSS Feed and email.

Well, I'm off to the big city for a vacation :)
Take care and happy creating!
