The fog rolled in and stayed all day -
quite unusual to have fog this late in the year
and very unusual to see it last all day!
On this unusual day I found an extraordinary
spiderweb behind the garage's drain spout.
An original creation, or more likely a time-worn creation,
its asymmetry was embellished with the dampness of the day.
Wishing you extraordinary finds in your corner of the world!
These are magical in their delicacy and intricacy.
ReplyDeleteBejeweled gossamer threads, wonderfully captured! I especially love the vertical images which capture the flow and design so well! Lovely, Anna!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Susan! This web and all its different drops was unlike anything I've ever run across before. I thought it was pretty magical, too!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Sandra! I'm partial to the vertical compositions also. They seem like bizarre cascades from a fantasy world!
