The storm cleared in the evening ~
rising mist, amazing light, and insane mosquitoes.
The lighting, the scene,
it reminded me of paintings by the Hudson River School.
Long ago, I determined that not all light is created equal.
Wishing you boat loads of amazing light,
and no mosquitoes!

You've caught the serenity beautifully.

Such lovely shades of pink and blue and the stillness this scene evokes is just lovely. Yes, very reminiscent of a painting.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a weekend of beautiful sunsets - preferably without the mosquitos!
What a lovely image, it looks so peaceful.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous colors and light. Bummer about the mosquitoes. We have some in AZ but nothing like the midwest and east.

Absolutely exquisite, Anna. What a fabulous sunset, as you say, with amazing light.
ReplyDeleteI hope your painting and projects are moving along. I know how daunting it can be to tackle a lot of them at once.
Good luck with the house sale!
